To book please click the link for the class. If they haven’t got an account they will have to add in their details. Make sure to skip over the section that offers our memberships and packs, keep scrolling until you see home location and fill in from there.

Payment of $25 will be through the booking system. Confirming this includes the class and recovery.

Please ensure bookings are made for the correct day and time through the correct link.

Please arrive 10mins prior to the class start time to be safe and to bring a towel and a water bottle for the class and recovery session.
